The Light of the World and American Sublime

For November’s book discussion, we will compare two books by the same author that occupy different genres. In reading Elizabeth Alexander’s The Light of the World: A Memoir and American Sublime: Poems, we will observe a writer working across literary forms and discuss our impressions.

This group meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. New members are welcome. Copies of the book(s) to be discussed can be borrowed at the Circulation Desk in the Library. Please email missy@tracylibrary.org for more information.
