Led by experienced instructor Joan Katz, this memoir writing workshop offers participants the opportunity for mental stimulation, understanding family dynamics, and exploration of their own personal, social, and cultural history. It offers a sense of community (team building), strengthens self-identity and feelings of self worth, and provides the opportunity for participants to reflect on what has made them who they are today.
