Join the team at Tracy Library! Located midway between Concord and Hanover and bordered by three lakes, New London is a small, picturesque community with a year-round population of approximately 4,500, which doubles in the summer.  Town amenities include Colby-Sawyer College, New London Hospital, the Barn Playhouse Summer Theater, Town beaches, and easy access to Mt. Sunapee and Ragged Mountain Ski Resorts.  Tracy Memorial Library is a 14,000 square foot facility consisting of an historical building (1820s) which was expanded in 1990 and remodeled in 2007.

The Tracy Memorial Library is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to join our team as a collection development specialist.  This position helps staff our circulation desk and helps to curate the library’s collection for adult users. 

This is a part-time position with a semi-regular schedule of at least sixteen hours/week with generally four hours focused on collection development and the rest of the time spent on the circulation desk.  The schedule includes one evening per week and two to three Saturdays per month.   Hourly wages for this position are between $15.20 and $22.79 depending on experience.  A complete job description is available below.  If you are interested in applying please send a cover letter, resume and town of New London application (also available below) to director@tracylibrary.org.  This position is open until filled, but applications received prior to October 25th will be given priority.
