Beth McGuinn, UNH Extension Master Gardener, will present on vegetable gardening. During this workshop, attendees will learn principles and practices for successful vegetable gardening. They will learn how to plan a garden that produces lots of high-quality vegetables, spend less energy on garden maintenance, and minimize chemical inputs. Additionally, attendees will learn how to choose the ideal location, prepare the garden site, decide what and how much to grow, the timing of planting, and the harvesting and storage of vegetables. Open to all.
